Awareness Program of Labour Laws

Department of Labour organised an Awareness Program of Labour Laws, ESIC, EPFO, Gratuity jointly with All Association at Belgaum Foundry Cluster. Various Rules and schemes were informed by all departments. Also many clarifications raised by the audience were addressed.

On this occasion President Shri Sanjeev Kattishetti invited as Guest of Honor for this program.

Meeting with Shri. Nitin Gadkari

President Shri. Sanjeev Kattishetti, Sr. Vice President Shri. Prabhakar Nagarmunoli, Hon. Secretary Shri. Rajendra Mutagekar and Hon. Treasurer Shri. Manojkumar Mattikop met Shri. Nitin Gadkari ji Min.of Road transport and highways of India at Nippani on 4th October 2024 and apprised about a bad condition of Belgaum – Goa road, other issues related to transport has been discussed and requested to complete at the earliest. He has given positive response to our points and assured to complete the work at the earliest.

Meting with ESIC Medical Superintendent

Today Met ESIC Medical Superintendent Shri Manjunath Kalsannawar,

Discussed about the
1. Lack of facilities in ESIC Hospital Ashok Nagar, due to which our Employees are facing problems
2. Shifting of ESIC Hospital to Udyambag, Machhe or any other premises since we had identified, highlighted & informed government that the existing ESIC Hospital Building at Ashok Nagar, Belagavi is unsafe for Doctors, IP holders & people visiting the hospital. The building is so dangerous that it may collapse any time.

Also the present ESIC Hospital is far away from the main Industrial Areas of Belagavi, we have requested to shift the hospital to nearby the Industrial area of Udyambag or Machhe which will be benefited to all the IP Holders of Belagavi.

Single Window Meeting At DC Office

The Deputy Commissioner called Single Window Meeting At DC office.

From Belgaum Chamber of Commerce & Industries welcome the Deputy Commissioner for the 1st Single Window Meeting and submitted the grievances related to MSMEs and Industrial Estates of Belagavi District.

On this occasion BCCI, LUB Karanataka, BDSSIA, Auto Nagar Association, North Belgaum Small Scale Industries Association Honga and other various associations office bearers and members were present.
