An Awareness Session on the POSH Act and various Labour Laws was organized at the BCCI Hall on 20th September 2025, in association with BCCI and BDSSIA.
Smt. Durga Jagtap from Shreyansh Consultancy delivered an insightful briefing on the POSH Act and its significance in creating safe workplaces. Shri. D.G. Nagesh, Deputy Labour Commissioner, Belagavi, and Shri. K.B. Nagaraj, Assistant Labour Commissioner, Belagavi, from the Labour Department, elaborated on various Labour Laws and their practical implementation.
The session was attended by BCCI President Shri. Prabhakar Nagarmunoli, Hon. Secretary Shri. Satish Kulkarni, Programme Committee Chairman Shri. Vaibhav Vernekar, along with several dignitaries and participants from the industry. We extend special thanks to Shri. Sandeep Bagewadi Industrial Committee Chairman BCCI who has taken lot of efforts to make the session successfull.
